  • Prepare completion, and turnaround, window and look-ahead, and recovery schedules
  • Determine contract time for bids
  • Review cost and resource loading of CPM Schedules
  • Review schedule reports, updates, analysis, and tracking including: Identifying activities not maintaining planned progress, Forecast activities at risk of causing future delays
  • Verify progress completion (percent complete)
  • Review and analyze schedules prepared by others
